And shock collars are something SO PAINFUL that it should be illegal to use these for "anger issues". That's not how you cure it. Not abusing your kid and treating them like a dog. And he's also not going to want to get angry when he does learn to control his anger because he will feel like that he will get punished for it and he might actually get punished for it which is wrong on so many levels. Maybe the parents could actally step up and actually act like a parent and help him for once.
