Wouldn't call it disgusting.. paddy knows people (& UFC) love entertainment, any entertainment be it bad or good. People love drama, paddy brings it. I know ilia is far superior in his abilities in comparison to paddy, but he seems like a chilled guy, they usually don't get promoted as much. Simple business really.

UK is a huge market with not many stars, if you want to get a push be from an area that needs a star relative to its economic impact... ufc will protect them

I'm baffled about how that guy Paddy Pimblett insists that he's "The UFC's New Cash Cow" but yet as an mma fan, I could not care less about Paddy's next fight and rather, I can't wait to watch Illia Topuria's next fight. He actually has merit.

Topuria is my new favorite fighter. I freely admit that before 282 I was not familiar with him at all but after the presser and his back and forth with Paddy I watched his earlier fights and he is no joke. I like his style and I like his attitude and think he is going to end up with a better future and more success in the UFC than Paddy.
that gameplan was so clean, him being on a low stance to defend the takedowns, the only reason he got taken down was because he lost respect for Bryce's wrestling and got too close to him, his boxing is brutal, great head movement too, kinda like Prime Tyson.

Took a fight with a featherweight named ilia.. ilia took the fight at lightweight with him no problems.. walked into the cage In Herbert's back yard.. took a CLEAN head kick shin to chin from a giant welterweight, didn't go out.. not only that.. seconds later he sent Herbert into the spirit realm..

I gotta be honest it was pretty funny seeing Topuria run straight through Bryce considering how he was more concerned with his beef with Paddy in the weeks leading up to it. A lot of Bryce fans kept saying "Oh Ilia needs to be paying more attention to Bryce instead of Paddy because he's actually fighting Bryce, who is a massive threat" and then Ilia makes him look like a complete clown.

ive been a fan of homeboy since his first ufc fight! it was clear right from the get that this dudes the real deal, and his trash talkin is on point too lol.
The deadly 3 combo Topuria use with the overhand right, left hook to the stomach then another right at lightning speed, a few of his finishes are from that, most notably against jai.
At the speed and power he launchs that is insane. Really looking forward to him being in the top 10, calling out T city, isn't really what I want to see though.
