What I like about Strombonin is that every single characteristic of his was decided through Twitter polls in June, so it wasn’t just “an inspiration”. Here are some of the results from each poll:
- brass sound
- masterful playing
- multiple limbs and eyes
- scales
- symbiotic partner (the snail guy)
But they puffed their cheeks 0/10 unlistenable monster not masterful 😔

How did you breed it?
I never really liked the cold island song because it always felt like it missing something, and now with the strombonin I finally like it since that brass sound really adds a grand, wrapping up part of the song.
also the name strombonin is a combination of trombone, snail and ronin, since he's a lone wanderer type character apparently and you can see the samurai armor looking scale patterns, and ronin are essentially just samurai for hire, not being devoted to any one master and going where people need the work.
The samurai elements remind me of samurott
Don’t forget “Trom” which is a part of “Trombone” the word

I feel like the trombone / tuba is exactly what cold island needed. It gives it a very foreboding sound.

Epic Ent-brat looks like that because each Ent-brat represents a season of the year. Normal Ent-brat represents spring/summer, Rare Ent-brat represents autumn, and Epic Ent-brat represents the winter

Funfact: The entbrats are based off of the seasons, having Regular Entbrat being Spring/Summer, Rare Entbrat being Fall/Autumn, and Epic Entbrat being Winter
Whoa.
The parallel between Common, Rare and Epic Entbrat is that the Common form represents spring/summer, the Rare form represents fall, and the Epic form represents winter. So it's essentially a whole seasonal cycle between the three.

strombonin is perfect. it sounds amazing, it looks amazing, and when something new appears in the game it takes me a little while to get used to it's existence, but not with strombonin.
I like how all the entbrat forms are the seasons. Common is summer. Rare is autumn and epic is winter. I’ve only just noticed while watching this video

Matt this game is much easier if you have all lit up torches, and since you do breeding has higher success chances. keeping the torches lit by yourself can get expensive and that’s why i’ve been unable to progress for 5 years now
