For bachelorate we went to Kasuali for a 1 day and we spent 52k, groom paid 26 and rest 6 contirbuted to the other 26k. This worked pretty fine

tbh if the bride is rich she can throw a party, ideally everyone should contribute to not burden the bride. no fixed rituals.
