You remind me a lot of my mum in the ways you find joy and peace and beauty in a lot of things. My mum is a single mum and i can honestly say growing up with a mum with so much love in her heart and realism of the world has made me a great person. Your daughter is so lucky to have such a unique mum and family full of love❤
and never give up writing! my mum didn’t have the option of coparenting so she never found the time but once we could kind of live for ourselves she got back into it and it released such a beautiful joy in her , mum time me time is so important!

I grew up amongst my grandparents aunt and uncle. I am so so grateful for those dinners. My aunt died this year at 52. Those dinners will forever be my favourite. The quality time in my younger years and the photos. I am so like her and I looked up to her so much. I’m glad I got to learn from her so intensely. We wouldn’t have had that if my parents stayed together.
