Lived in Iran with my family when I was 6 and 7 years old while the Shaw was still in power. It amazed me that the women kept their last names and were independent. I hadn’t experienced anything except women in traditional marriages in North America that worked in the home. We lived in a very small town in BC and I was very young. We left during the start of the revolution. I am almost 50 now and would like to back and see what it is like. I think motor biking might be a good way to do it. I need a bit more experience on a bike, and then I will start planning international adventures! Thanks for the inspiration Noraly!

Congrats on an informative video. The sound production is so so much better now with a volume that is consistent where voice and music is concerned. Safe journey on your trip and looking forward to more great videos !
So looking forward to this trip through a country we know so little about in the U.S. The Anthony Bourdain episode in Iran was a wonderful venture into the people, food and cultural life. Noraly, you, of course, are focused on the natural beauty and the trip itself. I began with Season 5, Southern Africa, and was immediately hooked. Season 1 is my second series. I have not missed a single moment of any episode, although, Noraly, when you ride on a mountain pass at the edge of a sheer drop, I have to turn away for a half-second,, shouting , "No!" 🙂 I'm liking how the episodes are getting longer in Season 1, beginning with Malaysia and Oman, with more engagement of the people, after the first few dozen, which I assume were a learning experience. As a writer and writing teacher, I see the difference between a report of what happens and giving the reader/viewer and experience of what happens. You are an artist, and vlogging is a great new art form. I'm curious about the change, when asked where you are from, from "Holland" in Season 1 to "Netherlands" in Season 5. It's not important, but I wonder why the change was made. More people globally know the name Netherlands, maybe? And maybe Holland is not used so much anymore. Next season, really confuse people and say, "I'm Dutch."
As a StarTrek fan, let me comment this way: You boldy go where I have been never gone before! Many thanks for sharing! And honestly: I am more curious to see your next epsiode than the StarTrek Discovery one. :-)
Noraly UR by far best motovlogger I have come across. Ur editing, content and overall presentation is very good. Especially shots from back camera on currvy road looks amazing. U use music on right parts of video. Keep up the good work and Godspeed. Love and admiration from India.
Your videos are always a bright spot in the day. Thank you. The beauty of the desert is calmative. Not a lot of western travelers in Iran, I am afraid that makes you a bit of a spectacle...in a good way. Be free.
Never heard of anything other than of huge friendliness from the Iranian people it is just such a shame and injustice that so many people are surprised by it. Shame on you mainstream media/governments. Its great that ordinary people like Noraly and others can show the truth, perhaps a little difference now can become a big one someday. Well done Noraly.
You are breaking biases and pre conceived notions about Middle East Noraly! I was nervous of your trip to Iran as I heard of it’s extremism but you have changed my perception too! Have a safe and wonderful trip in Iran.
i've been watching the season 1 and can't help but amaze how beautiful Iran is and friendly the people of Iran. The scenery is really fantastic! In those mountains, at some point I was thinking that maybe the place where Tony Stark demonstrate his Jericho! Lmao Safe ride Noor! And fast forward, am looking forward to your next season with Ronin! 💖
These videos remind me of how incredible our human ancestors were to cross these large land masses. Deserts, plains, jungles and forests. Now we do the same on our motorbikes in a fraction of the time.
I still go "old school" with accommodations here in the US and Canada. What that got me in Newfoundland was the Bridal Suite, since it was a Wednesday and the other rooms were all booked. Got to use the hot tub...yay me. Stay safe out there.
Still following your travels with great interest Noraly, I have to agree with some of the other comments about the people you are meeting being much more friendly and helpful than expected, and the scenery is spectacular and your videos are very entertaining, Will be riding my new Himalayan tomorrow morning at approx 11:30hrs Mon 25th Mar, so hoping for some good weather, Thanks for sharing x
Miss Blue-eyes from Bandar Abbas you took the central, desert route, the western-route takes you over Zagros mountain and beautiful prairies and Tulip fields, ofcourse the central route takes you to Shiraz and Perspolis that are must-see, but north of Kerman and shiraz are all barren central desert.

i began wacthing your videos cause i was searching for himalayan motos and now i am loving it! keep it up and looking forward to the next ones!
come to 🇧🇷
My Favorite channel Now.
I have always wanted to go to Iran. I have been to a few Middle East countries and the hospitality is unlike anything I ever experienced. So welcoming and helpful and generous people.
Love the mountains and sunset! Beautiful. I also really liked the music in this video.
In iran we call it holand thats why
ok, this is the best background music so far, nice job Noraly!
As a StarTrek fan, let me comment this way: You boldy go where I have been never gone before! Many thanks for sharing! And honestly: I am more curious to see your next epsiode than the StarTrek Discovery one. :-)
Haha thanks! (I have to admit, I'm a Star Wars girl though.. hope you can forgive me lol :P)
@@ItchyBoots The Force will be with You!
Hai
Deuce. You’re really lucky to be able to drive there. Yes, I will one day, too, if God willing.
I'm going to watch all your episodes 👋🏻🤠
Noraly UR by far best motovlogger I have come across. Ur editing, content and overall presentation is very good. Especially shots from back camera on currvy road looks amazing. U use music on right parts of video. Keep up the good work and Godspeed. Love and admiration from India.
Thank you Vinay!!
Your videos are always a bright spot in the day. Thank you. The beauty of the desert is calmative. Not a lot of western travelers in Iran, I am afraid that makes you a bit of a spectacle...in a good way. Be free.
Iran is amazing. Best regards from Tajikistan!!!
Hello from greece (HELLAS) I SAW ALL VIDEO UNTIL THESE you are great rider, and i hope enjoy your journey and KEAP SMILLING ride safe !
There is no extremism. People are totally chill beyond what you would imagine anywhere.
i've been watching the season 1 and can't help but amaze how beautiful Iran is and friendly the people of Iran.
Es cierto ... Muy buenas postales de tu viaje... Gracias por las imágenes Noraly!!
Wow, Iran is stunning, and lovely choice of music too, great editing
If I were you, I would stay in Iran for a couple of years. It’s the best country.
This made me really miss Iran. Such a beautiful place and people.
Nice to be a Millionairess if only for a short while. Beautiful landscapes and helpful people :)
It was s wonderful sight throughout the ride. Am glad that the day ends well for you. Rest well and see you again in your next video. Cheers!!!
I am proud of you that willing to explore the world.
you are a "good will" ambassador on a motorcycle. Beautiful countryside, mountains and people
I still go "old school" with accommodations here in the US and Canada. What that got me in Newfoundland was the Bridal Suite, since it was a Wednesday and the other rooms were all booked. Got to use the hot tub...yay me. Stay safe out there.
Really amazing 😍❤️ You need to be really brave and courageous to ride alone I'm foreign lands. All the very best ,keep traveling
Congrats with your Himalayan! Enjoy your ride!!
Thank you for showing the world the beautiful country and people
Miss Blue-eyes from Bandar Abbas you took the central, desert route, the western-route takes you over Zagros mountain and beautiful prairies and Tulip fields, ofcourse the central route takes you to Shiraz and Perspolis that are must-see, but north of Kerman and shiraz are all barren central desert.
Really interesting vid. thanks for showing us a bit of Iran, a place that might have been no go a few years back. Looks so good and people nice!
You are now my favorite vlogger. Your vid is enjoyable to watch. You are fearless woman with calm personality. Take care always in all your journeys.
Love your video!! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to look over your shoulder so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Iran! Keep on driving safely 😘

@@doughopkins2934 Hi Doug. Good guess, I'm her dad and indeed very proud!!
Tom, it must be wonderful to be able to share some of Noralys adventures through the videos, as even for someone who doesn't know her, they are entertaining and informative.
