John Weber took the win at this year's Dewey event followed by Perry Pruitt and Blair Conklin.
With the elimination of the Southside event in the spring this is the first year in a decade or so that the full focus was on a single Dewey event. Event organizer Jason Wilson remarked that the energy on the beach was great and it was awesome to have the pros back at the original Dewey event, the second longest running event in the world. As an added bonus, the waves were pretty decent this year allowing for the pros and local cinematic whiz kid Matt Adams to do what they do best.
