Probably the first and only customization of this figure that is a definite improvement over the original. This is the ONLY one I have seen where the skin-tone match was taken care of. It's funny how some other collectors seem so picky about certain things but then they will put a head that dark on a pale body and think it looks good? As a collector, that would be a distraction for me. Nice job in getting BOTH the outfit to fit and the skin tone as well.
Amazing! looks beautiful! I have a special build using a Barbie costume and Hot toys parts. looks good. I like that I can pose here in superhero posses :) looking forward to seeing more of your kitbash/customs :)
Looks great! Are Phicen bodies more durable than Hot Toys bodies? Specifically, will they hold up to repeated posing, like for a stop motion animation? If I use one of these bodies in a video, I would have to change the pose of the figure 24 times to get a second of animation. In your opinion, would Phicen stand up to that amount of posing? Thanks!
Can i ask you about the head sculpt , i try swap her body too with jbl body , but she look so creepy with low neck , have you maybe some tips , thanks you so much
Wonderfully done! I have a question regarding the skin tone. I have a pale phicen body ... that i find absolutely useless ... i very much like your idea of toning the skin with chalk pastels. Now from your experiment, does the silicone stain well enough not to be rubbed off or smear dramatically? Would you recommend any other techniques?
I have tried to rub it off with no success. That doesn’t mean it won’t need another application at some point. I also saw someone recently post about using silicone paint like they use for movie prosthetic pieces. I may have to try that at some Point.
Amazing work! I’ve been wondering if there is a way to “paint” these bodies because I wanted to do the same thing. What is the brand and name of the powder you used to color it?
I have seen no deterioration. I had her out a few days ago and she looks good. I have found that if I warm the figure up with my hands or with a heating pad on low, it makes it easier on the silicone and it is less likely to tear.
Hi there, I recently tried to do the make-up shading on a TB League body and it was a failure. I don't plan on giving it a 2nd try because I think it would be a waste to possibly ruin another body. Have you decided if you are going to accept commissions? If you are, I would mail you both a body and a head that I want the body's coloring to match. If you are still not doing commissions, I plan to use a totally different body for my project. Both TB League skin tones are too light for the head I plan to use.
We should talk about it. I will be taking limited number commissions after I clear my current commission list. Which head? And you can try getting the other one clean> I have a video about getting the pastels off and the soaps I used
It is a Barbie head - I can mail the head to you along with a body - I think it makes sense to do that so you can get the best color match. The head is a little lighter than the Hot toys Gal Gadot....but NOT as pale as a standard Barbie.
She looks amazing !

Amazing works, can I ask what Phicen body did you use for the custom?
It looks amazing. Gal is a tall lady though and the head is a hair too big. Still an amazing custom
Didn't find video of how you solved the over size feet if using the molded feet from hot toys.

Good job, but the hot toys looks better aesthetically.

I use non oil pastels. I have heard that silicone paint will work but I have not tried it.
Love your review. May I ask what Phicen body model you used?
S23b
I have a question! Please help me I have the resident evil 6 ada and a phicen body the head is not deep enough what do I do!!
You need one of two things.
A different neck insert. Which you can buy on eBay.
Or
A Dremel tool to make the make deeper.
The articulation and how is she holding up? Tb league is rubber, is deteriorating?
I have seen no deterioration. I had her out a few days ago and she looks good. I have found that if I warm the figure up with my hands or with a heating pad on low, it makes it easier on the silicone and it is less likely to tear.
What did you mean by creating additional scores?
More dremel work on the inside so that the pieces overlap and lay flat
