the thing is that when you have period this pain is an additional thing bc other than that you’re also uncomfortably bleeding which causes headaches (migraines), blood pressure drops, you get nauseous and weak, hormones are all messed up, you get hot flashes or get cold, you either can’t eat at all or crave junk food and i personally have nosebleeds my every period on the first day. so even with that simulator (girls say their actual cramps are at level 10 with that thing) you can’t know what periods feel like.

Yeah Justin, same 1:26-1:34 , 4:10-4:16 , 6:27-6:30 is quite literally me after doing ANYTHING, especially when that random sharp pain of intense cramps kicks in. Every moment of Darren screaming, same. Glad to know that Justin and Darren's reactions justified all of my experiences because I am definitely a combination of them both. 🤣

I'll bet because of his previous back problems, he's developed a high pain threshold. After living with it for so long , he got used to it.... just a theory....
I suffer from severe period cramps every month , I have to take about 8 to 9 pain pills to even walk and have a normal day . Sometimes I cant even eat and even the smell of food makes me nauseous . Sometimes the pain is so severe it wakes me up at night and I cant do anything but curl up in pain . I go through this shit every month for a whole damn week I get zits and breakouts and I cant sleep properly and be care free when Im on my period because Im scared of a period leek . The world doesnt revolve around me so I go to work , study , smile and pretend that Im not in pain .

Just an idea for a video: While wearing the period simulator try doing daily activities (cooking, cleaning, exercising, working, getting groceries etc) that you would usually do during your schedules! Realistically thats what girls have to do all the time and we are told not to complain cause "it's just cramps"

I've been waiting for this video!! I would love for there to be a part two where all of you have to wear it while going throughout your day or even for a few days. Ryan had me laughing when he agreed when he said that it feels getting stabbed with a knife. We go through this for around a week every month and as much as we just want to do what helps us feel better, there are other things we have to do. These machines are a way to build empathy and understanding by feeling what it is that we have to go through. If you ever wondered why we want to do nothing, get irritated, etc, it's because this is how we're feeling.
