需要准备的材料:
猪蹄1000克,冰糖35克,生姜30克,蒜6瓣,八角4哥,干辣椒6个,香叶2片,桂皮1小片,蒜泥1小勺,
调味:生抽2勺,老抽1勺,蚝油1勺,花雕酒1杯,白胡椒少许,醋1/2小勺,盐1/4小勺,糖1小勺
