How will the 275 tires wear across the tire tread on 20x8 rims? There is a reason they fit 275 on 20x9.5 rims and 315 on 20x11. Just because the tire fits without any rubbing does not mean you are getting the most out of that larger size tire...
I have the 2021 scat , as you mentioned 20x9 rims is what they came stock with. I was super skeptical about throwing 275/40zR20 all around. Possible rubbing. But I think I will NOT offset. And go with your plan. 275/40zR20 all around on 20"x9 " Low Gloss Granite Crystal rims.

2014 camaro rs, bought all 4 tires new, I just noticed that they put LionHart brand 235/55r18 104v. I got 22inch in my challenger rt and they fit......... but...... on one side the bolt was scraping so I trimmed a small piece of it and it worked
