What happens if you attend and go through the training but don’t get ranked up by your trainer?

The only reasons you wouldn’t be ranked up is if you didn’t pass and they kicked you or if you disconnected. I would suggest going to another training if one of these things happened!

Hello, I’m a fellow Service Manager I’ve been on vacation and can only host on Mobile for now! Without exiting out of Roblox to copy the guides like I currently do. How do you just type h(line) is it a app?

Hi there! For apple devices I used the text replacement ability in keyboard settings and basically type something like h(with a number) as my shortcut and copy and paste the guides for each line! H stands for hosting and the number is to keep it not mixed up. For other devices you can use a copy and paste app!

Washiez has changed a lot, they removed roles and added them. Service manager was a role that got deleted.
