D3 639 returns to the mainline! (Steamrail Essendon Shuttles) | D3 639 A2 986

On the 13th of April 2024, Steamrail Victoria operated two of their heritage steam locomotives between Flinders Street Station and the northern suburb of Essendon. The locos on this train were A2 986 and D3639, with the latter locomotive having its public tour in over 6 years.
