The tone of this video was so refreshing! It’s honestly so healing sometimes to spend time in the quiet of nature alone. There’s something so peaceful about it.
One of my favorite things is going camping and fishing listening to the serene sound of the water it's just so peaceful

On the fishing pole you were using, it is called an open reel rod… which you hold it facing down, you were facing it up so you were reeling backwards. 😂😂😂😂🤦

Don't forget a float for your fishing rod. You want your hook hanging down in the water. Not dragging on the floor. Great episode!

Loved this challenge video with just Justin!! I enjoyed watching it! Of course Justin would have glow sticks to help light up his tent. He is like obsessed with them and honestly I like glow sticks too. They are cool! JStu should definitely try and make their own that would be really cool! I would like to see Andrew and Isaac do a solo outdoor challenge like this. It took me back to when Justin and Andrew did all those outdoors challenge videos together when it was just them. It’s cool to see how much they have grown since.
This was fun to watch, I wouldn't have thought Justin or the other gents would do this . I was just waiting for Justin to pull out the glow sticks!! I bet in a past life Justin was a raver, mainly bcuz of all the glow sticks involved.

Hey man love the videos I’m a big fisherman and a couple tips
1- your fishing rod was upside down.
2-depending on where you fish you would have better luck using live bait such as worms or minnows
3-keep constant and try different spots.
The reel facing up was funny though...lol

It was really wholesome. Typically, your content is very haha, goofy funny entertainment, and that is all good and enjoyable. However It felt good listening to your monolog. You were more than just a comedian style content creator. You presented as the real person behind the funny guy.
I really enjoyed the video I think yall should sprinkle in a few videos like this every once in a while.
I just want to say this video was a vibe. The music and editing made it such a pleasant viewing experience. Justin definitely kept me watching even being alone the man can keep me glued to the screen.

I had difficulty liking the video because not once did Justin try his hand at a five minute Caleb fire that takes two hundred minutes to light and immediately goes out but the glow sticks brought me back. Great job, Justin! This was fun! :D

The you camped out on that island was awesome. I think you should do another camping video on a mountain or on the lake or ocean on a big boat in the 💧or ❄. That would be awesome and challenging. P.S. you should do a glowstick idea like you mentioned.

Try inverting the pole and spinning reel. 'the opposite way you were holding it'. The reel should be flipped 180 degrees and pointing at the the ground side not the sky. Catch those fish!! Great experience.

These overnight/survival challenges are so cool! I love the creativity that you and your team put into every video
Learning how to survive in his environment, is something every man should practice. Especially if he has a family that he wants to be able to support in any circumstance. I'm proud of you, brother. You're even noticing how bad a lot of foods are for us, and that's making me really happy to see.
Edit: I'd also like to suggest boiling any water you get from nature first, before using one of those filtering devices. I don't trust that they completely remove all of the parasites that can cause serious illness.
Edit #2: Yes, make glowsticks please. lol I think one recipe can be just Mountain Dew and Hydrogen Peroxide.

You are holding your fishing pole the wrong way Justin. Hold the pole with your poles line rings towards the ground. Makes reeling your line in way easier 😂😂

Now this is more my style and pace! Justin is really cool by himself. AND the video had a closing portion where he got to talk about what he experienced (what he liked and didn't, what was challenging, what he was thinking, etc). Please include more of these in future videos! This is a nice change of pace

Hey Justin, I really like the new video format! I'd be glad to see more videos like this and I think it fits well with your general personality especially being in Colorado. Wilderness vids are one of my favorites. This really could be a great future direction for the channel but most importantly, always do what makes you happy!

If Justin runs a mile in 8 minutes and it took him 1:55 which is 1.916 minutes then the island is (1 mile/8 min)*1.916 min = 0.2395 miles in circumference. Assuming a perfect circle island then: 0.2395=2piR so R=0.038 mile. A=piR^2. the area of the island is roughly 0.005 miles^2.
