The beginning of Prometheus is more of a sci fi interpretation of the Indo European creation myth. If you look at the space jockies in this movie through that lens then things make more sense.
I really enjoyed Black Ops 6 campaign, it might be one of the best singleplayer FPS from a AAA developer in the recent years. I love the variety in mission design and that not every level was a mind numbing corridor shooter, puzzles were fun and the story was solid 👍
You know what i just realized, bf1 and bf5 got anticheat because Vince Zampella is running the show now and he probably wants to prevent a titanfall 1&2 situation where they became literally unplayable because of hackers so he probably values protecting EAs ips in that way
One or both of you should do a playthrough(or at least a video if not talk about it on the pod) of the new silent hill 2 remake. Incredible story, fun puzzles, dripping with atmosphere. I think y'all would like it.
People still play DMZ. I just started playing 2 months ago and the lobbies are still full. There maybe extraction burnout for people who have a PC cause they have more options, but not for console players because we have very very few options.
About anticheat : I've been playing BF for too long ;). I used to run my team’s servers back in the Punkbuster days. Even then, we knew that no one at EA was actually looking at the PB screenshots (which only caught the worst and stupid hackers). It was always the "consumer service" that handled complaints, and their goal was to avoid losing any customers. Even when we sent them videos, there were no real consequences. Only the developers seemed concerned about the issue, but those kinds of decisions are made above their heads. EA really doesn’t care about what’s happening in their games. I doubt that’s changed. If it weren’t for private servers, Battlefield would be unplayable, even if some admins can be abusive. We had some tough exchanges with community managers who wanted to penalize us for permanently banning problematic players. During these discussions, a community manager came to talk with us over audio and acknowledged that they had no real communication with consumer services about the issue. This type of company is too large to handle these problems sensibly if management doesn’t want to consider cheating as THE issue that ruins the players’ experience.
I feel like the review systems on Steam and other platforms should be updated to reflect and correct this, so players can put out their initial review and as each major update comes out, the reviews update to allow players to make a new review after testing it again so players can see a progress report of the game's status, you know? That I feel would be more fair to the devs and to the gamers both.
The Mp maps are crap. So they’re releasing season 1 early I think. I dunno the PR around this game has been diff from them too. Kind of a good thing. Maybe beating the leakers?? I dunno. Enjoying zombies, the mp, and campaign. Got it from game pass so
Black Ops 6 is great. The omni movement is a rare innovation to the CoD formula. I also like that they included a lot of genuinely new to the series guns and avoided a bunch of duplicate guns for warzone. Worst part of the game though is the maps. I’ve wanted them for a while to just remake all the WaW, BO1, and BO2 maps and just have a running pool of classic maps in every game.
The hackers are back, the sbmm is back, eomm is back, force crossplay is back(dont give the turn it off, takes 5 to 10min finding a game) yeah cod is back! 😂👍
call of duty black ops 6 is continuing the outrage saga...apparntly the sbmm is still not something people have figured out how to manipulate yet...i guess its not forhead smacking obvious that if you're playing sweaty OP guns on the edge of sweaty edgy chairs sipping a monster double-XP...that a modestly intelligent Live service algorithm isnt going to put you with like minded players...clearly mass outrage is the answer. 😢 Not to worry though i hear assaisn creed has a african american protagonist and the historian masses are upset becuase its not "historically accurate". LMAO. 😂😂
By far the worst treyarc game ever. I’m not seeing anyone enjoying it so I don’t understand how you came to that sentiment lads. SBMM through the roof, connection issues, inconsistencies with TTK, worst maps in cod history which is being widely agreed upon. Think you guys will change your mind if not already
Alien Romulus was a great movie? What the, did we watch the same movie? I mean it wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't good. Compared to Prometheus and Alien Covenant, Romulus was extremely sub par. I'm also sad that he Level said Prometheus wasn't that good. Yeah, it's a bit confusing, but the movie as a stand alone was fantastic and Alien Covenant as well.
Romulus wasn't perfect but it had some extremely high highs. I liked it more than Covenant, which is my least favourite in the series after Resurrection
If you talking from something you will be precise aswell to dont whine....yes they skip npc crew for a bit, but AI shards will be available tough....i got it, drama sell well but it not the full truth though... 2M SUB BIG BRAINS CMON READ PATCHNOTES

BO6 is probably the best CoD in the last 5 years it's one glaring issue is the maps. My god are they awful
Modern Warfare 2019 is better than BO6 and I’d say Cold War is better too.
