After a season of low confidence and feeling buried in deep despair, I had to snap out of it and reclaim my confidence in my control over my life. It feels like a deep knowing of self. It’s beautiful 🌱
this has to be one of my favorite Hindz vids to date-the thumbs up and smile when he said “what happens with those missed shots? we’re gonna learn” really resonated with me

You are so gentle and I needed to hear this after my family has completely torn every aspect of me apart..and it took a toll on my body..I'm 44 years old..and honestly, all my life I dealt with multiple forms of abuse and bullying in multiple forms as the scapegoat yet the last 10 it was horrible and then the last 5 it got worse..I pray I can heal each and every day to be more like the 44yr I deserve to be vs. the one who feels like their foot in halfway in the casket..b/c also my medical GP who also treats them as patients, who did medical malpractice on me and also medically omitted blood tests, etc etc..I am grateful I finally have healthcare providers who have been very concerned..I don't have the fight in me right now yet I will file a complaint, b/c what has happened harmed my body b/c it wasn't taken care of..

I began a new job waitressing yesterday, which I’d never done before and it scared the shit out of me! Came home in tears thinking this is not for me, but maybe it is exactly what I need, maybe it’s where I really need to grow
Sometimes you just need to give yourself time to adjust to things. It doesn’t always work, but sometimes time & being gentle with yourself & your emotions makes a big difference.
@carlyshultz2356 Honestly It opened a whole new life for me, in a new country. Trust in the journey, enjoy the journey! No one can see in the future, gotta be detached from desired outcome and trust that you are able to leave situations when they no long serve you and seek better situations. Trust that this a necessary step in enhacing your ways and challenge your comfort zone. You can only connect the dots looking back. Much love
