@@testerfox6998 The memory for gorilla mon wasn't subtracted when he digivolved, so when the turn passed red tamer should've had 7 memory, not 6.
You did not add 3 Memory for MetalGreymon being blockes, as well. So, no problem. ☺
@@christopherbottcher8053 That's not how that MetalGreymon works. That's an inherited ability, he doesn't have the ability himself, he gives that ability to whatever he digivolves into.

Every move you guys make is explained perfectly and this makes new players learn super fast and quick!

Cocytus Breath is a good defense against War Greymon but it's too costly to play since the memory cost will give the opponent an opportunity to digivolve again into it 😅

When you end your turn if you have memory left, or if it's on 0, your opponent automatically gets 3 memory. If the memory gauge goes past 0 on your turn, it is automatically your opponent's turn. Each player uses 1 side of the memory gauge. It is not shared between players.

Love the content. I have a question though. Early on, when you digivolved into MetalGarurumon, you attacked right away, since you played MGarurumon shouldn't he have summoning sickness?
He digivolved it from WereGarurumon, which was played the turn before. Because of that MGarurumon had no summoning sickness. Digimon just get it, when they are played directly without digivolution. But if you hard play a digimon and you digivolve it right away, it will still suffer summoning sickness.

Doesn’t war greymon jamming effect only activate against security Digimon and not option cards from the security???

How easy would you say the game is to get into? Have only played Duel Masters and VG a lot, but wanna give this a try with some friends.
Its really similar to Duel Masters! As a huge fan of DM myself, this game is really similar! Think security as the 5 shields you start with the game! :D
@@CardProtagonist Ah, I see! Are multicoloured decks a thing in this TCG? Most videos I've seen use monocoloured decks and was wondering if that was just for digivolution consistency or if multicolour decks are just not good.
@@Artster900 u pretty much hit the nail on the head. multicolor decks are a thing but single color makes digivolution consistency easy. there are mons that have the option to digivolve from 1 of 2 different colors tho. also option cards, this game's version of spells, have to meet the color requirement of a card on your field.

Nah, Cocytus breath was never banned or limited. It was really the worst of the big removal cards.
hello ,is it me or when metalgreymon got blocked you didn't got +3 memories like the card said at 6:05
The effect you mention is its inherit ability so it only activates when another digimon has metalgreymon for its evolution source.

Can anyone explain how memory works because that’s the only thing I’m having trouble following here. Thanks.
On the first turn memory is at 0, each card has a cost, in case of digimons they have play cost and digievolution cost, whenever you use memory your gauge move to your oponent side like decreasing. Everytime memory got negative your turn ends and your oponent go. For example: first turn i play elecmon (2 cost), as I am at 0 my memory will be -2 so my turn ends and my oponent go with 2 memory.

@@StarkNoir2094 Limit is 10, this determinates if can play or not certains cards, for example Puppetmon play cost is 11 so you can't play him if you are at 0 memory, you need to be at least at 1.
Another rule about memory is when you pass turn at 0 memory or more, your opponent memory goes inmediatly to 3.

Am I the only one to think that the decks had been stacked, or does the true Koromon to Wargreymon and Tsunomon to MetalGarurumon evolution all from hand in the first two turns seem natural to everybody? There was nothing random about this battle, they knew every digivolution, every attack, every security card even before they started, all the way to who will win. Ruins the whole experience.
