I have had the sewing machine for a while and I hardly ever use it. I was about to get rid of it because my bobbin is always getting stuck and it never works right. This is the first video I’ve seen where I realized what I was doing wrong! I’ve watched many videos before, and this is by far the best!

Thank you so much. Just bought a Stitchmaster 26 which had no instruction booklet. There was just a sheet of diagrams on how to thread the machine and load the bobbin. These weren't very clear. I can't find anything online about my machine and was extremely frustrated. Your machine is very similar to mine and your video helped me so much. Without it, my machine would have been returned to its box and never used.
Hi lovely, no idea if you will read this but I’ve followed so many tutorials now and my bobbin just doesn’t get lifted up by my thread no matter how many times I put my needles up or down it isn’t picking it up, I’ve tried so many tutorials and was wondering if you had any way of helping me? :)
It won’t make the loop for me at the end. It never looped, not once. I’ve been watching videos from this channel all day and still nothing. It’s really frustrating. Help ?
hi guys, I read that the Singer 9960 Quantum Stylist comes with a foot pedal that has no speed control, is there any pedal compatible with this machine which has a speed control?

okay thank you for that but why doesn’t my singer/promise machine have the first guidy thingy, like mine just says 1 on the threading thing but i don’t have a 1 lol
Hi Anne! In your owner's manual, on page 18 is the bobbin winding and page 22 is the upper thread winding. Can you please look at those and let me know to which 'guidy' thing you are referring? Thanks! -TB
I’m so frustrated with this sewing machine. It works fine one minute and doesn’t the next. The needle broke and I changed it but it wouldn’t align properly no matter how many times I tried. I’m watching videos to find help but no luck so far. Please help.
Hi, Make sure the bobbin winder spindle is pushed all the back over to the left. if it is only partially pushed over, your foot pedal will not engage. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-474-6437 or email them here: www.singer.com/email-us/. Thank you!

Hi Christian! There is a small wire hook just above the needle. The needle gets threaded from the front to the back. I'm not sure what you mean by the hook at the back, unless you are referring to the presser foot release. As for your other comment about the thread: The only thing I can think that you may be doing is not keeping hold of the upper thread long enough. Hold on to the upper/needle thread until you have both threads up. Let me know if this helps. Thank you! -TB
Singer Sewing Company thank you so much for the response, I was frustrated yesterday I do apologize. I was able to figure it out but I did have another question. When you pull up the other thread from the bottom bobbin, are you supposed to put the cloth between the 2 sewing strings?
@@MultiStar84 No, normally you do that before you put your fabric in. Exceptions would be quilting for instance. When you are starting in the middle of a project instead of on the edge. Thank you! -TB
