    Two questions:
    1. If viral transmission through droplets can colonize on clothes.....why do we encourage people to cough or sneeze in their sleeve??
    2. When a asymptomatic person is viral shedding, for respiratory infections specifically, can this shedding occur through perspiration as well?

    I have heard that some things have anti viral properties and can help, e. g. Increase vitamin c supplement and honey, do you know much about whether its proven and the science behind it?? Best wishes
