Looks great down there Hamish, I'm planning to get there soon, and looking forward to see it in person, great vid 👌 hope you can get out soon and congrats on your second!
Great camera work, quite a lot different to the POV type trail vids. Like the lens and close focal, your commentary style, the slow mo's, the drone shots. Thats quite a lot of kit to take on a ride. Trail was great, glad you guys are getting out now.
Thanks, Hamish for sharing. I went on the same route last week. The rocky area was pretty hard and too high, didn't wanna fall. Sop I walked ;) (I am not a pro) btw how Sean ride without being able to change gears, that must be pretty hard. possibly I head back there this weekend. cheers!
Another awesome video Hamish. I run a lot around the Norge and it is an awesome area but very technical. I thought the new lens was 👌and the drone shots as usual added a great perspective. Cheers.
Hey Ryan & Hamish, since you have contacts there, can you please let Cannondale know the derailleur specs on their page for the Trail SL3 are incorrect. Should be Shimano M6100 not Advent Pro X. Makes for a bit of confusion when ordering a new one. Bent mine 180 straight up somehow. Love this footage...time I hit Plenty with the kids.
I live right near the norge and that river crossing is a killer, so unpredictable and often puts me off riding that loop! Wish there was a better alternative line
another great video/edit Hamish. we practically did the same route last week as well and we didnt have the balls to cross that river even on foot, ended up going back up and getting lost until we reach Black Snake.
can you ride charlottes pass at red hill? I dont know you have already ridden it but I rode it a couple of weeks ago on my marlin 6 hard tail and it was pretty difficult so i was wondering if you could ride it and maybe give some tips
I've got a couple of Red Hill videos where I ride Charlotte's. It's one of the toughest trails around. It would be especially hard on a hard tail. All the classic stuff around looking ahead, choosing the right line and being light on the bars and heavy on the pedals applies here
@@longandwinding alright cool! it was my first time riding it and since I'm 13 I can't really get around that much so it was my first time riding somewhere outside of the local jumps or Lysty. Thanks for the tips will definitely watch some of those vids and will definitely give it another try when I get new cranks.
Hamish I wish to come out for a ride with U . I love to meet U one day at Rayner orchard. . Maybe even ride the rail trail with U at Woori yallock to Killara . Love your video . From Andy Rayner
Great Vid as always...love the Norge!

Thanks JEM! You’d love it, super tech single track
Love the footage. Especially the aerial ones.

Enjoy the Norge. It’s a super challenging and fun place. Sean is a boss for doing it on his SS

It’s the first time I’ve seen it this high. It’s always been rideable for me in the past

Haha, we did consider turning back but had some time constraints
Great video as always mate!

Nice one Hamish, it looked hard to cross the river especially while filming! Has the new arrival entered the world yet?
Not yet David. Very close though
@@longandwinding Good luck
How often to you see snakes on the trail at the gorge or Yarra trails?
Depends on the time of year. I always take a snake bandage with me in the warmer months. I’ve seen a few
@@longandwinding it’s my greatest limiter! #soft - great vids btw
Hey Hamish, what bike did you take to Mt buller and what specs?
2019 Cannondale Jekyll for the enduro stuff and 2019 Scalpel for the Epic Trail
