Phoney post. There are two wires attached to the chip that are imbedded in the card. One is a transceiver and the other is a receiver. Without them the chip will not work and is useless

It's a wonderful idea, and might work if you can get two cards...but! Your bank will at some point demand you use your card and enter your pin, it might be weeks, it might be months..but it will happen and without the card that chip was attached to, you'll never re-activate it for tapping use.
