That's it we are not done. Having followed these instructions neither the old (was working) remote and the new one work. So now what do I do?

This came gear , instructions are garbage , the software for camekey is total rubbish it's crapware , no comments on their RUclips vids says it all

Thanks for your comment, the instructions on how to reset came shows on the tutorial, Some remote that are worn out or almost battery to be replaced needs to be reset
