I did not expect her voice to be this on point in a live performance. I love them even more now.
It's been said, but worth saying again, GREAT SOUND ENGINEERING! The performance is great (that much is obvious!), but those of us not able to be there would never get to experience that with such feeling and fidelity without some solid technical work behind the scenes, great work, Audio Tree! First saw Now, Now on an older video of yours (Jess era, just as solid here, maybe better with bassist, in spite of change in/absence of certain harmonies), wondered how they'd sound now...EXCELLENT!
I was spoiled by some of the great Indie/Alternative music of the '80s and '90s, I'm be the first to admit I'm REALLY picky about adding new bands to my personal rotation, but Tina Dico, Purity Ring, Tegan & Sara, and Now, Now have managed to worm their way into my ears and my heart at this point. Thank you, Audio Tree!
This really needs to be a commercial release (preferably FLAC in addition to HBR/VBR lossy formats, PRETTY PLEASE!), something I'd definitely pay for. Physical media even better, but I know that costs for those can quickly rise (do some Mastering and production for both live work and studio guitar-based music from time to time, not as much as I used to, but know how much work goes into the details almost everybody else takes for granted, the ones that make the difference between really communicating/sharing a great performance and screwing it up for everybody), so even just a DL/Soundboard would be groovy...

Fantastic!!!!! Always wanted more of your keyboards as I think that you have a wonderful touch for GREAT ROCK KEYBOARD PARTS! The addition of the bass player really adds the live punch that you have always needed. Now Now is BACK bitches!

I was today years old when.....
it also plays off of the concept of *pulling* threads established in The Pull and Prehistoric. as in, when you tug at the frayed threads of a piece of fabric, it all comes apart. they're destroying their relationship mutually. magnet makes "pull" take on a different meaning in that sense; kc is begging the girl she's singing to to love her.
