this is a great video. i have been trying to figure out how to pair a transmitter to a RC toy from the 70's. the transmitter isnot original but from another toy. this worked!!! thank god. I got them to PAIR up because of your video! thanks man.
On 27 MHz you could find the frequency of a CBer that you don’t like and tape over the most irritating sound that the controller would make on that frequency and hide it in a bush at his house.
Does it work if I have a controller from a different RC car? Or has to be the same brand / model designated for the RC car? So Car A and Remote A and Car B and Remote B --> AB or BA? again not the same manufacture of the RC's. Thanks in advance!
@@DAMN__________ all depends on quartz resonator. usually cheap rc cars for 27mhz have quartz only suitable for 27mhz but some remotes do have the option but must be written on the mainboard like 27mhz 35mhz 40mhz like this so you can switch over issue is with chap rc cars as some will contain 8-12 pin chipset with stored programmed variables and then switching frequency like this will not be possible without desoldering that choipset to reprogram it
@@psyfreaky5857 in technical terms - yes he can.. practicallly no because its usually 27mhz 27.145mhz and i think 27.275mhz. some rc cars will allow you to switch over to 40mhz but some will let you switch only to these .145 and .275

no because its analog transmitter and 2.4ghz is digital transmitter. different architecture. you can change the crystal on 2.4ghz by replacing it with 27mhz quartz resonator but that wont give you anything useful. 27mhz have tragically short ranges. so convertion will be waste.

Not possible. Why? 2.4g is much better.
