    This sounds like a solution in search of a problem. Then again, I had no idea that retired law enforcement officers lost their 2nd Amendment rights when the retire.

    Talk about something the federal government should have no say in whatsoever. For a lot of municipalities, those are city or county property. It isn't yours to give away. Get your hands out of local government.

    Why is this even a problem?? When k9 officers retire they should be able to keep their k9
