I'm so grateful for Drink Champs and the way they shine a light on the pioneers and people who really cultivated hip hop since the beginning...Its very much needed.
One of the reasons I started listening to Drink Champs is cause Noreaga really does show love 💕 and give people their flowers 💐 in a hater free way. The podcast is more about laughing together and getting the stories behind big hip hop moments and it’s cool to see 200+ episodes later they haven’t switched up 👍🏽
E Nicks is a straight shooter. I remember being uninvited at a dinner meeting in Atlanta that he graciously allowed me to sit in on back in the early 2000s. He dropped knowledge and spoke his mind without filter, and still manages to come off respectfully.✊🏿
Shit don’t work like that if u not as marketable it don’t work. That’s why a lot of people ghostwrite and have other people rap/sing. Yayo don’t have 50 personality. Top 3 best episode and most important and HIP HOP episode. I’m from Houston not from NY but Hip Hop is my life and I’m happy to see there’s people who still care about actual Hip Hop especially including Hispanics cause we been there

DJ EFN and Nore this was a GREAT Episode. One of your BEST!!!! And I agree with Hispanics being a part of Hip Hop. The Bronx is 60% Hispanic, same for Miami same for Houston and Los Angeles. Hispanics are important to Hip Hop Music.
