Amy Turtle "I wouldn't want that, would I?" - followed immediately by "would you really?" obviously a response to a line that Meg hadn't even said yet! 🙂
Fun facts - Antony Mortimer (sitting with Sandy at around 1.30) was played by Jeremy Sinden, son of Donald, and he appeared (honestly - have a look) in the famous Beatles Hey Jude video - back and to the right of Ringo.
Crossroads was so bad it was brilliant. The wobbly sets and wooden acting made it must see tv back in the 1970s. If only someone would repeat the remaining episodes especially the ones with Amy turtle getting her lines wrong again...
@@williamf4544 When I was a kid my Mum used to watch it. Corrie was tolerable but this never made any sense. Mind you, the filming schedule on this was much more intense.
Amy Turtle just had me crying my eyes out. I detest people who criticise it. I loved it as a boy and I love it now.
Yay me too! I watched it with my granny who I adored.
Me too come home from school and sit down having tea watching this fantastic times

Nice scene with Noele Gordon and Anne George at the sitting room french windows.

Didn't I see "Anthony" flying an X-wing along the Death Star Trench in Star Wars (or A New Hope as it later became known)?
Where's Hugh's drinks trolley???
I'm still hoping that you'll find the full episode 2300.... I think I last asked six years ago!
It would be great if you could upload the whole of 2300
There are a number of Crossroads related uploads planned over the comings months, we hope to include the episode you mention
Fantastic! I look forward to it!
the guns! they've stopped!
I hope the picture quality is better on this new box than this.
Unfortunately, it isn’t 😰
Such bad acting it's actually good! Can't believe I actually used to watch it in the seventies. 😂
What was the issue between Meg and Amy?
Im not sure but something way in the back of mind seems to remember some storyline about stolen jewelery
The version of 2300 on the new DVD set is really bad, clips here a lot better.

Ooh, you are a one! 🤣
Nothing ever happened. I'm not sure it ever had a plot or a storyline. Just a series of random conversations.
It really was a pile of mule muffins.
But still better than current Eastenders.
Absolutely shocking rubbish. I can’t believe people actually watched this. And the recent Nolly was equally bad.
It was must see tv back in the day
@@williamf4544 there were only three channels. It was rubbish then and is rubbish now. Truly dreadful.
