    If anyone is having doubt why we divided by 2 at last is because-
    The point where u and v are same is centre of curvature and that is 2f so thats why we divide by 2.

      Yes because you are placing object between f and 2f and image obtained beyond 2f. That what we are doing in this experiment to obtain correct focal length.👍
