    This video is showing an easy and simple #stepbystep recipe of a very famous #bengalirecipe #chalkumropur that can be made easily by available ingredients at your home. Here in this recipe, we have used a limited amount of ingredients as required. But these quantities are as per choice.
    #availablekeyingredients:
    Chalkumro,
    Mustard Oil (1 tbsp),
    Onion (Chopped),
    Green Chili (Chopped),
    Nigella Seeds,
    Salt to taste,
    Turmeric Powder,
    Red Chili Powder,
    Mustard Seeds Paste,
    Sugar,
    Flour: Plain, Rice, Gram,
    Water as required,
    #Recipe:
    1) Cut and peel Chalkumro like half-circle pattern first and then give a cut in between. Don't make the dip of cut more than 2/3 of the piece length. Keep joined edges.
    2) If chalkumro is Kochi means seedless then no need to boil. Otherwise, boil few sec.
    3) Drain out water completely and marinate with salt, red chili and turmeric powders.
    4) Heat Mustard Oil (1 tbsp), Nigella Seeds (1/3 tsp), Chopped Onion, Chopped Green Chili. Fry few min.
    5) Add Mustard Seeds Paste (2 tsp), Salt, Turmeric Powder (1/3 tsp), Red Chili Powder (1/3 tsp). and Cook well by mixing all ingredients.
    6) Add Sugar (1/3 tsp) & cook a few mins more. Pur is ready now.
    7) Stuff the slitted chalkumro pieces with the pure and gently press so that excess pur will come out.
    8) In a bowl add 1 tsp of each plain flour, Gram flour, rice flour and mix with turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, water.
    9) Make a smooth semi thick batter.
    10) Heat cooking oil in a pan for deep or shallow frying. As oil is hot, dip stuffed chal kumro one by one in the batter and coat them in all sides properly.
    11) Gently put the coated stuffed chalkumro into the hot oil. Fry all sides properly until turn to golden brown.
    12) Serve hot with rice.
