I drank almost almost every night w/friends, was jobless, and had nothing to live for the next 4-5 years until my son was born. Quit drinking and smoking for my son but all my so called friends also left. Got depressed and got high every day and night for the next 3-4 years. Father passed away and I finally woke up and went back to school. Now I own my own business making over 100k+ a year and projecting 200k+ next year. Coming from nothing with parents on welfare and ssi, I was content in making enough just money to make ends meet and have most of the time doing what I wanted to do, but I got fed up on how other people and even my own family members treated me because I didn't have much from not wanting to waste my time working a 8 to 5 job for a measly pay. So I shifted my focus from Philosophy, my true love and motivator, to ways of making money.
