english is not a latin family language, nor slavic, its a germanic family language. when doing translation you can elect to consistently preserve letters or phonetics;
insisting and forcing a mismatch breaking the langauges internal rules and guidelines will only break it in the long run, and what goes around comes around
and got further germanified due to being broke during the advent of the printing press and being stuck with german letter sets instead of being able to make custom-english sets
this includes the loss of the english 'th' character though for a time 'y' at the start of a word was used as a substitute, since y rarely started words in english; in part because of how the major religious text of the time was translated from greek and latin into english where I became J, instead of the source hebrew into english where the letter would directly translate to Y
Actually, it's not a bug. It should be explained simply by saying "resurgence cannot trigger resurgence". But if you kill an enemy, (1 stack resurgence) ult inbetween to interject before the resurgence proc, then kill an enemy with the ult (1 extra stack of resurgence) you gain two resurgence in a row, as they are triggered from two seperate instances of Seele not being IN resurgence at the time of the kill.

Thank you for clarifying. It makes sense actually. I was always worried about Hoyo in one of their "bug fix" notes going like "Fixed unintended ultimate cast prior to resurgence proc", tho it wouldn't make sense for them to make that change now of all times given how long the game's been out (not to mention the outcry it'd cause within the community).
