You should keep this thing in your mind that "mehnat kabhi zaya nahi jati". Also that health is wealth, so take good care of your health and maintain your sleep cycle.

To tackle with such anxiety na, the simple most formula is "Logon ki aesi tesi karna". First of all na, apnay apni prep aur practice ko strong karna hai. Ye strong tab hogi jab aap practice books aur tests karnay ke baad past papers karein gi. When you'll start nailing the past papers na, you'll feel better. Aur aakhri tareeqa bas yahi hai ke aap soch lo yaar, hum sab same level par hain. Tu jab sab same level par hain, tu farq kis baat ka hai. Aap soch lo ke yaar, mainay itni mehnat karni ke aesi tesi ho jaye logon ki. Majjal na ho kisi ki ke wo mere se agay nikle. Na unke sar par seengh hain, na mere. Tu bas, aap mehnat karo. Test plus Discussion. Prep from Book. Practice from any practice book. Repeat. Follow this order. Alter the time according to your comfort level. But make sure, you follow this general order to make the most out of the given time :)

Guysss ENGLIS KI VOCABLARY MOST OF THE TIME GOOGLE MAIN GIVEN SYNONYMS MAIN SE HOTII HAI. IF YOU READ past papers get to see some difficult vocabulary questions you won’t find their answers in any academy’s book but google synonyms!!! So I’d suggest do em from there!!!!!
Jab me sochti hoon ke almost 1 lac bachon ne entry test dena or seats sirf almost 3500 han to bht depression hota ha ke mera kese hoga ....i have obtained 90%marks in fsc & 96% in matric . phir bhi bht tension hoti ha . is anxiety ko khatam krne ka koi tareeqa bata den plz?

To tackle with such anxiety na, the simple most formula is "Logon ki aesi tesi karna". First of all na, apnay apni prep aur practice ko strong karna hai. Ye strong tab hogi jab aap practice books aur tests karnay ke baad past papers karein gi. When you'll start nailing the past papers na, you'll feel better. Aur aakhri tareeqa bas yahi hai ke aap soch lo yaar, hum sab same level par hain. Tu jab sab same level par hain, tu farq kis baat ka hai. Aap soch lo ke yaar, mainay itni mehnat karni ke aesi tesi ho jaye logon ki. Majjal na ho kisi ki ke wo mere se agay nikle. Na unke sar par seengh hain, na mere. Tu bas, aap mehnat karo. And as I always say, practice kartay raho humesha
