I have different favorite types for the three games I currently have. For Violet (my fav game I have because Pearl is stupidly hard and Shield made me obsessed with getting all the different Alcreamies): Fire Types and Dragon types (My Fire beloveds being Sarabi the Level 84 Pyroar who carried most of the team a lot of the time [I got her after the water gym I think] and Pyromanic the Arcanine) (My Dragon beloveds are Batter the Goodra and StarFlight the Noivern). Yes I misspelled PyroManiac and no I never fixed it because it was and still is funny to me. For Shield (I haven’t finished the game yet, but I’m at the Elite Four): Electric types (I have way to many of the Joltic evolutions [4 I think] named Voltage, Sparks, Zaps, and Socket and Thora my thunder corgi/Boltund) And for Pearl ( no I haven’t beaten Sonia yet, her Garchomp only couldn’t immediately kill my Torterra Sundew because she had a focus sash on her, it even one shot my over leveled Garchomp): Probably Ground Types (On my current team, I have Marble the Rhydon [Ground/Rock], Mordida the Garchomp [Dragon/Ground], Minty the Gastrodon [Water/Ground], and Sundew the Torterra [Grass/Ground]).
