Drake's Bridle Path mansion taped off by police following shooting outside

- Toronto police are investigating a shooting that took place outside of Drake’s Bridle Path mansion early Tuesday morning, a source tells CP24.
One man was seriously injured in the gunfire and rushed to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police tape and patrol cars could be seen outside of the rap superstar’s home near Park Lane Circle and Post Road. Emergency crews were called to the area at approximately 2:09 a.m. for reports of a shooting. A suspect fled the scene in a vehicle, but no description is available at this time, police said.

“No evidence to suggest a connection but being investigated” (But connecting him with this sentence)
“You can see yellow/police tape and evidence markings” (Believe this is real, this really happened. Look at all the props)
Odd that none of these ‘news channels’ mention the recent shooting at Drake’s local rival The Weeknd’s manager house being shot up in a similar fashion less than a week ago. Wouldn’t that be a more logical connection to make?
Also strange all neighbours said they heard nothing and were surprised to wake up to such police presence.
