    Pearl millet (Kambu) - 1 cup
    Chana dal - ¼ cup
    Toor dal - ¼ cup
    Moong dal - 2 tbl spoon
    Urad dal - 2 tbl spoon
    Dry chilli - 5
    Ginger
    Garlic cloves - 4
    Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Turmeric powder
    Onion - 1
    Curry leaves
    Coriander leaves
    Asafoetida
    Salt
    Oil

    Kara Chutney
    Ingredients
    Shallots - 15
    Tomato - 3
    Dry chilli - 10
    Small piece of tamarind
    Garlic cloves - 10
    Few coriander leaves
    Salt
    Gingelly oil - 2 tbl spoon
    Mustard - ½ teaspoon
    Urad dal - ½ teaspoon
    Curry leaves
