How to setup a tailwind css project

How to setup a tailwind css prokect in less than 2 minutes.
Steps
1. Create a project (folder) and import it in your IDE
2. Init Git
3. Init NPM
4. Create project structure
5. Install tailwind css
6. Configure template paths
7. Add directives
8. Build output css (Tailwind css CLI)
9. Start Using
