Oooh thanks! Funnily enough I edited it in the quickest amount of time ever! Only took about 2 hours

Solid plan! Quick question, if I move homes but decide to keep my old house that’s fully paid off and put it on rent, do I pay capital gains tax?

If you don't sell your house then you haven't 'crystalised' the asset by selling it so there'd be no CGT

Great video! I’m also in corporate and want to eventually start a property business. Do you do mentoring?

Not at the moment, when I have more under my belt in the future I'd love to do a bit of 1-1 consulting but that will probably be a year or two away

Great video- out of interest did you get a buy to let first, so you can then get a HMO mortgage later on

Yep! Would like to move onto HMO's to get more cashflow. The buy to let I have has been a lot of work but rent doesn't feel justified for the amount of work gone into it haha

Nothing crazy, maybe about £3000 when I was 16, beyond that was working multiple jobs
