I did this job and I believe I might now have an exhaust leak at the manifold to cat. conv. connection. it is this rounded flange. is there a gasket in there, that could leak? i cannot remember and not really see in the video. I might have to try and tighten up the bolts some more
A how to 'pulling a windshield from the scrap yards' might be interesting. You need a heatgun, aren't you. Anyway congratulations! How much was the Mercedes?

There is no gasket. Possibly the bolts were tightened unevenly and it’s slightly crooked.

Heatgun is not required :) String with a handles required though. I think I paid a little more than $1k with delivery.
