Used to walk through this neighborhood. Lived off third street couple of blocks to the beach. All houses have character and interesting designs in the area. Well kept from Junipero to Belmont pier. Miss it.
No TV in living room or family room just in the bedroom. This house must be staged. Nice home but reminds me of my grandparents home, a little too old for me. Very nicely built, good quality.
Beautiful home, like our former 1923 restored bungalow in San Diego. The front door is not exotic though - it's actually domestic quartersawn white oak veneer likely glued to a fir, redwood, or maple blank - and with a gloss conversion varnish.
This is the house that inspired them: cbinsideout.com/property/home-of-the-week-the-cordelia-a-culbertson-house/ I think they did a great job of matching the cream and pale green tones on the exterior and the roof, but yes, even the original 1911 house has far more colour in the interior. Nevertheless that could be easily fixed. I like what they've created here.
That bathroom is ensuite, meaning it is not dedicated to that bedroom. Higher-end properties will have an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom plus "common" bathrooms, thus more bathrooms than bedrooms.

I adore 🥺 that Kitchen 💗

1:26 I love that Mexican Grass Palm, kinda like a Sago Palm, super slow growing, the money is in the nut (base)
Stunning...perfect.

Love the exterior but don't care for the floor plan. Nice home 😊
Was a square foot number ever known for the house?
What is the ceiling height?
I went to a old tiny house in that area, it was the neatest house I have been, in sub 700 sq ft,

Yep, quarter-sawn oak, tiger oak, quartered oak, and quarter-cut oak are all the same thing.
Lovely house...but it NEEDS some colour. But video is well done.
