Im in Springfield va, prices been going up this year. Seems to gave slowed down now, but not dropping. Houses still getting bought quickly as well. Glad i bought my townhouse last November!

Look at the real estate active listing 900k.. It's rising and it's rising fast, you have to look at the rate of change. Last time it was this high was May 2020. We have surpassed all inventory levels for the past 3 years.
And that’s with rates dropping. They don’t cut when things look positive.

Depends on the area and price range. City of Austin has one of the widest ranges of housing in America.
Powell has never shocked the market he will do .25 cut.

More likely they cut, see the data responds poorly and then hold steady for a bit. They definitely aren't hiking.
