@@weskerhood9884 it really is a testament to how well Bungie designed the AI in their games. They are so much fun to experiment with and observe fighting each other as well as the player.
@@LethalThreat I just wish the Elite Zealots didn’t get downgraded in Halo 2, in Halo 1 they were really powerful. I know in Halo 2 we get the Elite Ultras but I still wish the Zealots had better shields and could take more damage, actually in Halo 2 I don’t think there is much difference in Shields between Major, Spec Ops or Zealot Elites but in Halo 1 the Minor, Major, Spec Ops and Zealot Elites all had different shield levels, kinda makes you wonder why Bungie didn’t keep the different power levels in Halo 2. Sorry for the long post
@@weskerhood9884 I don’t mind the long post no worries. In the game code, the Zealot’s shields in H2 (and the H2 elites used in DBack AI War) are the same as the major. SpecOps is higher than those two, and the toughest is the Ultra/Councillor. The SpecOps and Ultra grunts in h2 also have identical health values. Reach kind of went back to the H1 way of doing things as far as characters go.
@ That’s interesting about the grunts in Halo 2. I never knew that the SpecOps grunt and ultra grunt had the same hp, do you know if the grunt major has the same hp or less than the SpecOps and Ultra grunts?
Nice video! Halo AI battles are always fun to watch!
@@LethalThreat Thank you. I have spent a lot of hours just watching and enjoying your Halo AI battle maps.
