I have a question why didn't doctors help him financially. They all are well off. They could help the father of boys secretly
They can't do it. First of all they meet numerous such patients and they can't help all of them. It seems feasible in fantasy but not possible in reality. Think about it, how many poor people do we help because most of us are from well to do family.
