-Lahori salt (Namak)1/4 tsp

-carrot (gajar)
-Capsicuum without seeds ( Shimla Mirch)
Chinese salt 1 tbs
chicken fry 1 cup
- black pepper (Kali Mirch) powder 2 tbs
- in a add to water and bring it to boil
- Add Namak vinegare and cooking oil
- Add rice and bring it to boil for 10.12
minutes on medium flame
-Strain the ric and then bring it out on a plate
-in a bowl add egg.food color and nmak (salt) and mix well
-in a pan.add cooking oil and heat it
- on high flame add egg
-Add carrots fry for 2 mins
-peas fry 2 mins and chiken
- capsicum and cabbage green fry 1 mint
- add black pepper and chines salt and Lahori Namak mixd
- Trun of the flame Add boiled ricer and Cover it 5 mins dish out and enjoy tnax for watching
