Very good equipment. Only thing I miss about my old job was the Jungheinrich equipment! Both the stand-up and sit-down Reach Trucks were incredibly engineered with excellent handling/steering.
Hi, I am reacher with 8 years of experience. I was driving on many kind of trucks ( atlet, still, toyota, linde, jungheinrich) and all what I wanna say is that jungheinrich is really the best , top company in brand, yours trucks are just perfect. Truly. The only thing I can advise you to inmprove, because actually its the only thing which may be improved ( but isnt bad itself) is a shaking during lowering the forks at the last moment, the last part of macht is hiding, then there is a shaking moment, besides this, your trucks are the best on the world, no because im your fan, but you just created perfect machine, you perfectly know what is going to happen after you push the button. Absolutly under control. And the best is steering wheel, at 90 * wheel goes fluently, and that make you different from others. that makes your trucks perfect. This is my feedback. I recommend much. d iving jungheinrich its a pleasure.
Wow, huge feedback. Thank you so much for sharing - your review means a lot and couldn’t be more appreciated! We'll make sure it will be addressed to the right department. Thanks again!
@@almostanengineer you mean the clunk noise because if so you can completely eliminate that if you stop lowering at the right point and then carrying on lowering takes time to master but it's possible and can be super smooth
@@almostanengineer just replace the bushes after a year. its 2 £10 rubber bushes. If your lowering a Tonne then just ease off the hydraulics so you don't Buckaroo.
Ok trucks - some design flaws when I used to use them, Stressco (! you know who I mean) UK Supermarket warehouse banned/disabled use of 360 mode as (I think) it felt only very experienced operators could cope. Shame, 360 is a bonus. Must admit Linde seemed better for reliability. Used a Crown truck for a while & that was smooth & nice tbh
@@christaylor4441 Back between 2008-2016 I operated Jungheinrich, then 2016-2020 Linde. The Linde was of the same age/era as the Jungheinrich, so not so many bells & whistles in that era, I prefer it like that. Have to say I preferred I liked the old Lindes. If only it had 360 (site not wanting that feature). The Jungheinriches had the 4-in-1 "stalk" controls which I preferred, but got used to the Linde's 1 stick for up/down, another for reach in-out. Hated those traditional-style 4-levers to the right of the steering/"dashboard" stuff. Too much to get wrong
My question would be...why they don't allow you to use all of it's functions and why are the lights disconnected...I think the problem might be with the companies practice just to save battery. 👎
Hi there, Sorry, it took us a while, but now we heard back from our product manager in regards to your question. The lights are not disconnected, they'll lead the way depending where you going. The functions that comes with the vessel, are usually the ones you picked before purchase. In case we misunderstood your questions please reach out to socialmedia@jungheinrich.de. Thanks!
Hi Mihai, sorry for taking a little while, we had to forward your question to one of our expert colleagues and he said the following: "The weight and the length of this reach truck model depends a lot on the configuration of the battery and the mast. A reach truck with 1.6t lifting capacity like the one in the video weighs between 3000 kg and 4000 kg. The truck length is about 2400 mm with 1150mm forks." We hope, these infos help you! If there is anything else you'd like to know, either contact our Jungheinrich team in your country (www.jungheinrich.com/locations) or send us an email to socialmedia@jungheinrich.de. Have a good week!
I don't see how this is a narrow aisle vehicle. I've done warehouse work for the last 40 years... a Drexel, an order picker, a swing reach, those are narrow aisle I don't see this being narrow aisle. Maybe somebody can explain that to me. Is this like the new math?
Hi Sas Beach, there is a difference between talking about being able to easily manoeuvre in narrow aisles and VNA trucks. This is a reach truck and it can manoeuvre even in narrow aisles, although the film doesn't show a narrow aisle. Rest assured, we'll talk about VNA when we actually mean VNA ;) Happy day and best regards from your Jungheinrich social media team

Now that's a reach truck that makes more sense instead of standing up and playing with the steering not knowing which way you're going

Just passed my test on one of these today at work. Brilliant machines!!!
Congratulations, Kaeltor. We're glad you passed your test and enjoyed our vehicles!

Love using 360° on the ETV 214 at work
I love my ETV, I almost cried when they threatened to replace it with a Toyota, luckily they just replaced the batteries and it’s back to it’s best.
What a shocker - we hear you :)
Always 360. 180 i use only if truck don't let me use 360. 12years of driving with forklifts - reach trucks and counterbalance.
I love this machine . I can open a beer bottle with the pitchforks. BTW @Me.k you can switch between 180 and 360 angle.
You can get to that part by taking off just the back panel. In my opinion it's easier that way.
Excellent reach truck.

I'm learning on one of these , don't like the 360 steering.
@Ryan Woodward definitely 😂
I had to get use to it I passed on a 180 and got a job 3 months ago on a 360 and gotta admit it is really good to use lol

I use a ETV114 in a narrow aisle, there is 1950mm between racking and this is a beauty of truck to drive.
