Thank you for this!!! I am crying...I wish I had come across this many moons ago. I am suffering Bipolar, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and I am in the process of moving from chemical medication into alternative meds and lifestyle, I ve been on chemical meds now for 13 years, and this whole thing aint easy and I feel so alone with it, I feel I do not get the much needed support from my family (hubby and kids) - I am 52 - I feel lonely. But I wont give up!!
