For several years, the Eurocodes, construction design standards for the European market, have been in the process of being revised. This revision made it possible to introduce into these standards new design rules developed over the past decade and already applied to specific real projects.
These revisions include for example new rules for high strength steels such as S500 regarding steel structures and for composite structures the introduction of the design of composite slim floor beams. Also, a calculation method allowing the design at room temperature and in case of fire of steel and composite steel / concrete cellular beams has been implemented.
The aim of this webinar is to inform you of this revision of the Eurocodes and to enable you to use them to optimize your steel structures.
