I'm a 44 year old man from Tasmania, Australia 🦘❤️ Growing up, I looked up to his talent and pride to be Australian ❤️🦘❤️ So, Mr Norman. Thank you for inspiring so many of my generation ❤️🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘
First saw him at Royal St George's at the 1985 Open. Amazing striker of the ball. I rooted for him so much in 1986 when he was the 54 hole leader in every major. I saw him win the 1993 Open, he played amazingly in the final round. Pity he has ruined his legacy now being involved with LIV golf.
I first saw him live at Moor Park in England around 1984 in the Bob Hope British Classic, only Seve was better than Greg. Greg was one of my idols as a teenage aspiring pro golfer.
I’m a huge Norman fan & I get really upset when I hear people call him a choker in golf he has 2 Majors well 2 of the greatest golf shots ever prevented him from winning 2 more. Bob Tway & Larry Mize hit awesome shots there was nothing Norman could have done differently he did everything right & it just wasn’t meant to be. I’m sure no matter how Norman is in interviews inside I’m sure it really bothers him.
Sorry to hear that your old man died Shark, my mum died last week, it is a strange time. With regards to Greg's "failures" some were others "successes" and the others are 'par for the course.' Whether you are 7 years old, or 97 years old, when you put your name down to compete, you are putting your name down, to win, lose, play, get stretchered off, implode, do something amazing, cost your team the game and then live with it, all of it, along with the highs, the lows, the physical, mental and spiritual agony that lasts a lifetime. At Greg's level, the elite, international stage of history, those moments live forever, for everyone. Those who cannot live with Greg's loss reveal themselves to be weak, entitled, selfish cowards. Fancy that, not being able to live with someone else's loss, when it has zero impact on your life and quite the contrary, should be a source of inspiration, whereby a man has given the example of life. He strived for victory and effectively died trying. Only the lost dare ask "what happened?" May ALLAH reunite us with those we love.
Most of my golfing friends believe that if you offer to play a Ryder Cup match between the PGA TOUR and LIVGOLF teams, the PGA TOUR team will be afraid of this option and refuse to play with the LIVGOLF team under any pretext. The LIV team has as many stars as the PJGA TOUR team.
Had no ego? What Norman is a Mental mess, way to much ego. Saw him at Doral for 4 rounds signed few autographs for the kids on the other hand Nicklaus signed every young fan, hardly leaving time for the practice green.

Greg learnt a lot in 1996 at Augusta
I would say he was embraced in a Way better place than you suspect Mr Clinton. He is loved!

I found the transcript to Part 2, but not the video: www.abc.net.au/austory/driving-greg-norman---part-two/9169884
The priority for Nichlas WAS his family. Not golf. Married once.
every Monday morning.
Anyone manage to find part 2 of this somewhere?
my question exactly!

All this history to have Greg end up being more awful than Donald trump
Used to be my absolute favourite - thanks to his LIV involvememt, he has one less lifelong fan
