Digvijaya Singh is the only Congress Chief Minister in Madhya Pradesh to have served 10 years in a row. His tenure is remembered for the introduction of contractual employment, Dalit emancipation (not in the least to diffuse BSP in the state), and abysmal infrastructure development. Yet, Digvijaya is the only leader capable of steering the MP Congress ship single-handedly. Born on February 28, 1947, at Indore in Madhya Pradesh, Digvijaya Singh is a Congress Rajya Sabha MP. His father Balbhadra Singh had been a ruler of Raghogarh in the present-day Guna district. Singh had also served as the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh for two terms from 1993 to 2003.
Digvijaya was a minister in Arjun Singh's cabinet during 1980-84. Educated at Daly College in Indore and the Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, where he completed a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Singh married Asha Singh, who died in 2013, and has four daughters and a son. In 1993, he resigned from the Rajgarh Lok Sabha constituency after being appointed chief minister.

अगर दिग्विजय सिंह आ गए मिलने तो,,, भाई तुम खुद सेल्फी लेने की होड़ में लग जाओगे बात करते हैं,,, 2018 के चुनाव में 67 विधायक दिग्विजय सिंह समर्थक थे ,,, और 20 ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया समर्थक ,,, फिर भी दिग्विजय ने कमलनाथ जी को सीएम बनवाया ,,, और फिर बाद में सिंधिया ने ही सरकार गिरवा दी,,, लेकिन दिग्गी राजा

दिग्विजय सिंह के समय मेने 10पास करी थी ओर तब ऐक भी सरकारी नौकरी नही निकली थी मेरी ओवर ऐज होगयी फिर दिग्विजय हार गये बिजली तो कभी कभी देखने को मीलती थी ओर सड़कों की हालत तो ऐसी थी की आज भी डर लगता है सोचकर
आज भी अगर दिग्विजय सिंह सड़क पर अकेले निकल जाएं तो जनता और कर्मचारी उनकी वो खातिर करेंगे के न तन पे कपड़े होंगे न सर पर बाल ।

You have missed one very important point.
The only and biggest political achievement of Digvijai Singh:
In those days of Nineties, the era of high anti incumbency and rising of Atal Behari led BJP along with downfall of Congress in Hindi belt of North India - Digvijai Singh managed second consecutive win M P assembly elections in 1998.
I would like to correct u ......there was no incumbency while 90 s there was none of the development instead of devlopment what people were was cut off .....they were not even getting basic electricity in big cities like bhopal Indore Jabalpur and gwalior none of the roads were repaired in the 10 years of govt rule ...planning of new infrastructure is far far away ......a dumb can compare between Digvijay and umabharti ji s governance

But my point was that Digvijai Singh was one 0f the rarest chief ministers in those highly volatile days of 1990s, when there was almost established rule of due to anti-incumbency all parties who were in power loses elections and main opposition wins in almost every elections. Government use to change in almost every state election.
It have not said that Digvijai has delivered good governance any way. It was a horrible Government. But whatever he got a second term. Some of the reasons of his second win were like:
Sudden sky rocketing rise of Onion prices and some other commodities have created disenchantment with BJP which ruling in centre with Atal Behari ji as PM among voters. And BJP was main opposition party in MP.
Moreover, Digvijai Singh has done some clever caste politics and Muslims did strategic voting against BJP as always. Overall, in a closely fought contest Digvijsi Singh led Congress defeated opposition BJP in 1998 MP (undivided, Chattisgarh included) state assembly elections by some 2% votes but difference in seats was more than 50.
You can check the facts.
Whatever be the internal ground story which you have mentioned is right but the narrative created for Digvijai Singh was that he won state elections two times consecutively, which is factually right also. There is no other person in Congres who has this achievement in Hindi states, Tarun Gogoi become CM of Assam three times but that was a Non-Hindi speaking and relatively smaller state.
Ashok Gehlot also became CM thrice but never consecutively he always faced anti incumbency whenever in power and lost next election.
I was only pointing in that context.
Please do some research on Sadhan Chandra Roy and Gyan Ranjan from jharkhand who were youth Congress president and MLA from ranchi jharkhand in 1980.
And please try to make atleast a short video on them
