here is a very rich Malabar special recipe for you..Chicken Chatti Pathiri..just try and enjoy the recipe...
Ingredients:-
Filling:-
Onion - 2 no
green chilly - 4 nos
ginger - 1"pc
Garlic - 10 nos
curry leaves
oil
red chilly powder -1tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
layers :-
maida - 150gm
egg - 1 no
water - 250ml
salt - 1/4 tsp
egg mix:-
eggs - 5 no
pepper powder - 1 tsp
salt - 2 pinch
milk - 1/4 cup
boiled eggs -2 no
ghee - 2 tsp

Vah Rey Vah, my favourite chatti patri. A similar one is called 'murthabak' in Malaysia. It is a sandwiched, with
two thin wraps. Very tasty when served with chicken or mutton gravies and pickled onions. My son always buys it, when he goes to good restaurants. It is a very filling snack. A bit of excessive eating, will make one, end up sleeping. A real TKO( technical knockout)🤣🤣. A few slices is a good meal, to be packed for working people and schooling children. A nutritious meal.
