I noticed that your technique didn't use a layer of base wax to create a negative void that allows space for the impression material. Have you had issues with this?

it's not an actual denture making for a patient its only to teach us how to make the tray in general that's why she's not using a baseplate wax

WHY YOU DID NOT PROVIDE A SPACER AND TISSUE STOPS IN THE REAYS?

Because we were using Zinc Oxide Eugenol Impression material and it does not require a spacer. In addition the mucosa is firmly attached to underlying bone, so no spacer is required. If the patient has several undercuts, or the tissues were flabby then you could provide a spacer. Also space requirement depend on the impression material you are using.

she must be using pressure technique for impression and not selective pressure thats why she didnt need wax spacer . if some one wants to make a mucostatic impression then that custom tray needs a wax spacer
